Thank you for selecting our office for your dental care needs. Here you can expect unlimited smiles and complimentary compassionate care. Our entire staff is looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you into the family. After you schedule your appointment, you will be emailed a link to complete your paperwork online prior to your appointment. In office assistance is available if needed to complete the paperwork. On your first visit please arrive a few minutes early and bring a photo ID and copy of your dental insurance.
At Kincaid Dental Center, we don’t want cost or a lack of dental insurance to be a hinderance to you receiving excellent dental care. We offer an in-house membership plan, Brush Benefit Plan to our patients to cover routine preventive care including dental cleanings, diagnostic radiographs, dental exams, emergency visits and so much more. So don’t delay call our office today to schedule your dental visit.
You can expect to be greeted and welcome into the practice by our Patient Care Coordinator and by each member of our team. Our dental assistant will escort you to the back, gather any preliminary data and offer you our complimentary comfort menu to help you feel relaxed. Our dentist will conduct your examination and discuss treatment options. You can expect to receive personalized care, service with a smile and a treatment plan specific to your individual dental care needs.
We expect to be your partner in care. We expect you to ask questions so that you can make informed decisions about the care you receive. We personally set aside time to prepare for your treatment and we expect you to be courteous of other patients and arrive at your schedule appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask for a 24-hour notice. Your care is not complete until you are satisfied with the care you have received. If you have any concerns about the care you receive, please contact our office so that we have an opportunity to correct or address your concerns.
